Extra demands on-site. Workers who accept a price in the app and then demand more money when they arrive is a recurring problem. It is hard to fight back when you have already asked neighbours to move their cars and taken time off work.

The practical problem: if a Tiptapp worker scratches your newly renovated hardwood floor in the flat on Linnégatan, you end up in a dispute with a private individual. Tiptapp does not help. You can file a claim with Omocom and hope for the best.
