How to prepare your courier job
Make sure the goods are packed and ready for pickup at the agreed time. Documents should be in an envelope or folder. Fragile items like neon signs or artwork should be protected with bubble wrap or cardboard. Pallets should be wrapped and clearly labeled. Let us know if there is an entry code, stairs or special instructions at pickup or delivery. If you need express delivery, book as early in the day as possible and we can often deliver within one to two hours. The more information you give us upfront, the faster we can pick up and deliver. Always provide a contact person and phone number at both pickup and delivery so our couriers can reach the right person directly.
Custom vehicles – from electric moped to tail lift
We have built a fleet of vehicles that covers the full spectrum of courier deliveries. For the smallest deliveries – letters, keys, documents and small packages – we use an electric moped. It moves quickly through the city center, parks anywhere and delivers in record time. For medium packages, sample collections and fragile items like neon signs, we send a small car. It holds more than the moped but remains nimble in city traffic. When volume increases – multiple boxes, furniture or larger goods – we bring the van. It holds up to ten cubic meters and our young team loads and carries everything. For the heaviest jobs, we have a large van with tail lift. It handles EU pallets, heavy machinery and large volumes. The tail lift lets us load and unload pallets directly from loading dock to ground level without a forklift. You don't choose the vehicle yourself – we automatically match the right one based on what you describe in the booking. That means you always pay the right price for the right capacity.
Express delivery – when every minute counts
Sometimes same-day isn't fast enough – you need the delivery now. Our express service prioritizes your job above everything else. The courier heads straight to the pickup address with no detours and drives directly to the delivery address. Express jobs have the highest priority in our system and we confirm pickup within minutes. Express delivery works with all vehicle types – from electric moped to large van. The only difference is that your job jumps to the front of the queue. For time-critical documents in the city center, delivery time can be as short as 30 minutes. For larger deliveries by van, expect one to two hours depending on distance and traffic.
