That's how Ungdomskraft started in 2014. Today we're 55+ employees, have completed over 50,000 jobs and won DI Gasell — three years in a row. Our mission remains the same: give young people the opportunity to work and prove that youth aren't lazy and careless, but strong, driven and reliable.

Where it all began – 2014
With graduation caps in hand, three best friends decided to create their own jobs. Starting capital was zero, the only asset was time and willpower. We handed out flyers, posted in Facebook groups and borrowed our parents' car with a free trailer. Ungdomskraft Handelsbolag was born.
The jobs started rolling in. Private individuals needed help with all sorts of things — and we said yes to everything. Our "we'll-figure-it-out" mentality became the foundation of everything Ungdomskraft is today.
From partnership to corporation – 2019
Five years in, Ungdomskraft takes the next step. Two of the founders move on and a new partner steps in. Ungdomskraft AB is formed, we move into our first office and start working with both private individuals and large corporate clients. First year as a corporation: SEK 7.8M in revenue and 15 employees.
The growth years
2020: SEK 8M in revenue, 20 employees.
2021: New office in Frihamnen. SEK 13.5M, 30 employees.
2022: We expand to Gothenburg. SEK 22M, 45 employees.
2023: SEK 29M, 55 employees. We win our first DI Gasell.
2024: SEK 46M, 100 employees. DI Gasell again.
2025: SEK 51M, 115 employees. DI Gasell three years in a row.
