Delete account – Ungdomskraft Konsult

This page describes how to delete your account in the Ungdomskraft Konsult app – the app for consultants working with Ungdomskraft AB (org. no. 559171-3606). You can delete your account directly in the app, or request deletion by email without having the app installed.

Which data is associated with your account?

The following data is associated with a consultant account:

• Name, phone number and email address.
• Home address (if you have provided one).
• Profile photo (if you have uploaded one).
• Work assignment and time-report data: assigned jobs, working hours and time reports.
• Push notification token for your device (Expo).
• Login metadata: IP address and timestamps when signing in.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open the Ungdomskraft Konsult app.
2. Go to Profil (Profile).
3. Select "Radera konto" (Delete account) and confirm.

Your account is then deactivated and your personal data is deleted or anonymized as described below.

Request deletion without the app

You do not need the app installed to delete your account. Email kontakta@ungdomskraft.com from the email address registered on the account and include your name and phone number. We process your request within 30 days and confirm once the deletion is complete.

What is retained after deletion?

Salary and accounting records must be retained for 7 years under Swedish law (the Swedish Bookkeeping Act, bokföringslagen) and therefore cannot be deleted early. However, your account and personal profile are deactivated immediately, and your personal data is no longer used for any purpose other than meeting these legal requirements.
