If the furniture needs disassembling, ask the seller whether it's already taken apart or if we should do it on site. Have your home address and any door codes ready. Check that there is clear access through doorways and stairwells at both ends. Measure doorways and stairwells if the piece is large — a wardrobe or corner sofa may need disassembling to get out. Send us a screenshot of the Marketplace listing when you book so we know exactly what to pick up. The more information you provide, the smoother the pickup will be.
