Book the lift and loading zone at both addresses and notify the building manager about the move. Make sure keys and access cards for the new premises are ready.

For a bigger corporate move — entire floors, several departments or a whole office building — we scale the team up. More carriers, larger vehicles and a detailed logistics plan that ensures everything ends up in the right place. We can work in parallel across multiple floors, label and catalogue inventory, and coordinate with your IT department to minimise system downtime. Heavy safes, server racks and specialist equipment are handled with the right techniques and gear. We often carry out large office moves in stages — department by department over several evenings — so that operations never stop completely.

The RUT tax deduction applies to moving private residences, not office premises. If a corporate move includes relocating an employee's home, that part may qualify for a 50% RUT deduction on the labour cost. We are happy to help split the invoice when needed.
