Make sure the purchase is paid for and ready for collection. Have your home address and any door codes ready. If you've bought heavy or bulky items, list the largest ones so we can choose the right van size. Check that the van can park near the garage entrance or door at your home. If items are going to the garage, workshop or garden, make sure the passage and doors are open. When booking, specify any special requests, such as tyres going into the garage or a trampoline going to the garden.

Biltema has its origins in car accessories and it shows — the range of car tyres, rims, roof boxes, tow bars, motor oil, car batteries and spare parts is enormous. Four winter tyres weigh 40–60 kg total and take up a lot of space. A roof box is 2 metres long and unwieldy. Tow bars, batteries and oil drums are heavy. Many customers also buy tyres and accessories combined with other Biltema products, and the trolley quickly becomes impossible to manage. A steel tool trolley often weighs 30–50 kg, a compressor 25–50 kg and metal garage shelving 20–40 kg. These products are not just heavy but also large and unwieldy in packaging. The problem: a trampoline in packaging is 1.5–2 metres long, a pool box likewise, garden furniture in flatpack takes 3–5 packages and a bicycle in a box is large and unwieldy. All at Biltema's low prices, but none of it fits in the car — especially if you buy several items at once. We pick up from all Biltema stores in Stockholm and Gothenburg. In Stockholm: Kungens Kurva, Barkarby, Bromma, Nacka, Täby, Haninge, Sollentuna and all others. In Gothenburg: Sisjön, Bäckebol, Kungälv and all other locations. Just enter the store address when booking and we handle the rest. Shopping at Biltema and another store the same day? We can pick up from multiple locations in the same trip — for example Biltema and Jula or Biltema and Bauhaus in the same run.
