If the item is particularly fragile, heavy or unusually shaped, describe it clearly when booking. Measure doorways and stairwells at home if the item is large. Check that the van can park close to your entrance.

Auctionet has an enormous selection of art – oil paintings, watercolours, prints, lithographs, sculptures and photographs from hundreds of auction houses across Sweden. An oil painting with a gilded frame can weigh 20–40 kg and cannot tolerate impacts, moisture or pressure on the canvas. We protect art with bubble wrap, corner guards and soft blankets. Paintings are always transported standing – never lying – and sculptures are secured individually with padding around all exposed parts. We carry in and place at your home – on the wall, on the pedestal or in the display cabinet. Bought multiple works from the same auction house on Auctionet? We collect everything in one trip and protect each piece separately. This means the pickup address varies depending on which auction you bought from. You can find the pickup address in your order confirmation or under My Purchases at auctionet.com. Enter that address as the pickup location when booking with us. We pick up from auction houses across the Stockholm and Gothenburg areas and the wider Mälardalen region. Bought from multiple auction houses in the same city? Describe it when booking and we can plan pickups from several addresses in one trip.
